AR-66 Large flow Industrial Acetylene Regulator

The AR-66 Heavy-Duty Industrial Acetylene Regulator is specifically designed for high-intensity welding, cutting, and metalworking operations, providing stable and reliable acetylene gas output during extended continuous use. It meets the stringent requirements for gas pressure and flow in industrial environments. Its high-load-resistant structure ensures that the core internal components maintain stable performance even under frequent start-stop cycles and high-pressure conditions, effectively reducing interruptions caused by pressure fluctuations or wear, thereby enhancing overall production efficiency and operational safety.
This regulator supports an input pressure of 0–2.5 kg/cm² and can precisely adjust the output pressure within the 0–40 kg/cm² range, accommodating the diverse needs of different welding and cutting processes. The inlet features a round G5/8" threaded connection, compatible with most acetylene cylinders to reduce leakage risks, while the outlet is equipped with a 3/8" hose barb fitting, compatible with 5/16" inner diameter hoses, allowing for quick installation and removal and adapting to various on-site and mobile operation conditions.
The AR-66 is available in two versions: a full-copper version and an economical version. The full-copper version provides reliable corrosion resistance and long-term stability, suitable for high-frequency, heavy-duty industrial operations, while the economical version maintains core functionality while focusing on cost-effectiveness, making it suitable for budget-conscious or lightweight work scenarios. Its compact and robust housing design makes the regulator easy to transport and store, ensuring stable gas supply in workshops, outdoor construction sites, and welding environments, providing dependable support for industrial welding and metalworking applications.
