See DetailsIn a significant advancement for China's industrial equipment sector, Huaxia Precision Technology Co., Ltd., a leading domestic valve manufacturer, has announced the successful mass production of its ultra-high pressure intelligent pilot-operated pressure reducing valve. After a five-year development program, the product has passed a technological achievement appraisal organized by the National Energy Administration, breaking a long-standing reliance on imported valves for high-parameter applications.
The new intelligent regulator series, designed for extreme conditions in petrochemical plants, shale gas extraction, and supercritical power generation, can handle pressures up to 100MPa (14,500 psi). Its key innovation is an integrated pressure sensor and smart control module that allows for real-time downstream pressure monitoring and dynamic compensation, achieving a remarkable control accuracy of ±1%.
"This is more than a product; it's a systems solution," said Li Jianhua, Chief Engineer at Huaxia Precision, at the launch event. "Our smart valve connects to a central control system via an Industrial IoT (IIoT) platform, enabling predictive maintenance and remote diagnostics, which significantly enhances operational safety and management efficiency."
Market analysts suggest this technological breakthrough could reduce procurement costs for domestic energy companies by 30-40% and drastically shorten delivery times. The product has already received orders from several major national energy groups. The company has also initiated international API and CE certification processes to pave the way for global market entry.
